Hmmm tis is part 2 of a show i always loved even see 20 to 30 over times i wont feel bored~but tis part 2 really nt my type...too much CG plus somehow make mi feel tis show like kungfu panda -_-"...then anyway the part i love most is ekin n aaron fighting in mind due to ekin become demon because wana win jue wu shen...but overall nt wat i like haiz...

gyoza meat ok seasonin too little but skin

too thick..gyudon sauce is nice but meat abit too "old"...

recently my CDC application is pass down and will try puttin son into childcare

from young times i always like chinese wanton n dumpling then in sec sch i realise jap style dumpling aka gyoza...so i plan to do gyoza as how the youtube teach in recent days haha....hope can pass huh...if pass will invite all my pals to eat ok....hehe lets have a dumpling aka gyoza meeting...ps: only for those love gyoza n cooking haha....joking....looking foorward to e day i can cook my own gyoza dun need spend alot on buy e done one...

ok here is e recipe....then will follow by e video frm youtube...

Ingredients for Yaki Gyoza(25 pieces)

120g Ground Pork (4.23 oz)

100g Cabbage (3.53 oz)

50g Onion (1.76 oz)

50g Nira - Garlic Chives (1.76 oz)

Condiments

1/2 tbsp Soy Sauce

1/2 tsp Sugar

A pinch of Pepper

1 tbsp Sake

1/2 tbsp Sesame Oil

1 tbsp Potato Starch

1 tsp Grated Garlic

1/2 tsp Grated Ginger

1/2 tbsp Oyster Sauce or 1 tsp Chinese Soup Base

25 Gyoza Skins

1 tbsp Sesame Oil

Flour for dusting

Gyoza Sauce

1 tbsp Black/White Vinegar

last sat b4 meeting serin yiyi mama i bring baby go see his ah zou...ah zou was soooooo happy to see him...then went take 72 to tampines to meet serin yiyi mama...reached there early so bring my bro jonathan go do his sim card first...then just nice serin yiyi mama came...

we went walk walk first then i ask serin wana eat b4 goin giant...so we walk walk then suddenly serin saw somethin interestin..so we went in bali thai the restaurant...hmmm we order set 1 which came wif 2 side n 1 main course n 1 drink...serin order a pineapple rice thai chilli toufu n fries for e kids...all of us enjoyed e food but i dun tink e ppl there enjoy clearin our table as our 2 babies made some mess hehe...

we went take e shuttle bus to Giant...hmmm onli can say human is selfish...see serin carry baby n a big bag stil wont get up let her sit...kinda piss off at tat point..then jus walk walk n got somethings there then took bus back to tampines... b4 e bus come my son is way toooo passion wana hug mei mei then accidently make mei mei fall n chit her head n cry veri heart pain sia...went to Tampines one for some walk walk n get sharlene her biscuit..then we went to the disney shop to get sharlene's plate...then serin yiyi mama got lecarde a bubble blowing one...then i got sharlene a pooh bear then lecarde oso wan 1 so bought 2...then went walk walk at ntuc then saw sharlene n serin lookin veri shag so we all went hm...

as usual i went to fetch papa hm...then when papa see lecarde once again lian tong zheng hahaa.....

ahhhhh recently been sooooooooooo addicted to hua yang nan zi korea ver...sooooooooooo nice lo....nw i knw y diana say is soooooooooo nice lo....hehe....anyway is slightly diff frm e taiwan liu xing hua yuan....more handsome n more nicer plot n alot nice sceneries....all i can say is best among all 3 series of liu xing hua yuan....muz watch!!!!!!!!!!!

ok like all u knw my son is name Lecarde Tan Le En...alot ppl ask mi wat does Lecarde mean...why we call him Lecarde..i goin to explain how we got Lecarde tis name...

hmmm today made one lasagna to eat at hm wif hubby as he off day...to mi nt reali tat nice at all other than e cheese is crispy n nice...e meat n sauce nt wat i expected...haha anyway i cheated abit i use prego sauce but my tiao wei nt tat gd...

i went to buy beef minced meat n some cheese n pasta then mil pass mi her old oven hehe just nice...i had to gambatei....alot more to improve....stay tune if is nice i will cook for u all....

first to come is my mil n bil...they ate wif us n we chatted abit...then she bring us cheng teng n chilli..her chilli is nice n hot best ar....then i was introducing her e cheese sotong ball which i ate at wendy hse nice nice..then she say next time steamboat buy for her keke...Bil is chatting wif hubby on pc....then lao po came...

lao po went straight to my hse after her work...so touched by her...she even bring cakes for us...then we were chatting awhile then serin n sharlene bao bei came...we were talkin so noisy til like in market...serin n lao po like knw each other soooooooooooooo long liao keep bullyin mi kaka...then after being forced to eat by mi they all finally eat alot n bao bao haha...then later in e noon e kiddos r playing so happily then just nice eric came then we chatted abit then serin wana go out buy ting then lao po,serin n i went out wif 2 pram then my 2 buddies still like kids racing who faster to push e pram hahahahahaha...

we had alot of fun while walkin n racing to sheng shiong n atm machine...lao po wana buy cha shao su for her bf then we buy liao then went to atm machine n we had our fun by making fun n jokin wwif each other...happy time hope next time we can all go out n had a great day together...after tat lao po offer to gif us a ride back to my hse s sky look dark...Thanks lao po...

later sharlene slpy liao so they preparing to go hm...reali thanks serin for making effort to come so far frm tampines...love n hugs...then awhile later my mummy n bro n granny came..they bring mi orange to bring luck...then my dad n uncle came then hubby was chatting wif uncle on e HDB housing ting haha..then all my cousins came also...but they ate b4 coming so nv eat much.,..

today is first day of Chinese New Year~

went bedok granny hse to bai nian~everythin was fine but just when we about to leave my granny hse become war zone~war zone between my dad n bro~haiz tis yr confirm veri bad cos all those screamin,crying,black face,scolding haiz poor mummy cry like nobody business~haiz all started wif my dad playin wif my irritating son~my bro cannot tahan my son screamin to get away frm my dad's grab then he told dad dun do tat if not my son will nt like him next time~then nothin happen jus daddy grumbling i tot everythin is fine but who knw e real war is coming~daddy scold bro say now he big liao la veri gd liao la dun nid respect him liao la~then bro scream back say is dad's wrong then both scream at each other while my bro throw his half eaten bah kwa~dad stil say he raising kid for other ppl tat is when my mummy reali cannot tahan liao she went beat bro n ask him shut up then started crying~haiz all my life i feel mummy is veri tough one as i onli see her cry not more than 10 time in my 23 yrs~worse nw daddy run out of hse~then ah ma started lecturing then my uncle came out too~haiz then lucky uncle ask daddy hm then we went to my hougang granny hse on my uncle car~

reach mil hse as again all my hubby side ah yis rushin us to bring xiao zhu~reached there alr alot ppl liao all waiting for baby~then my mil's bf's grandson came n keep playin wif lecarde while learde keep callin him gor gor~haha beri cute scene~e baby is 20mth 3mth older than lecarde~again all gotta go liao so i prepare to make lecarde nap abit b4 i went for another place~so all of us went to nap for 1 hr like tat then prepare off we go to my another bedok granny hse~

we went to god ma hse first then together we go granny~reach granny hse~lecarde was kana shocked by my granny's dog lucky~then tis lucky dun like lecarde keep barkin n makin him cry haiz once again steamboat at granny hse haha then eat n chatted then just nice my mummy n daddy n big cousin all came so we jus sit there chat while e kiddos all play wif e 2 big golden retriver brought by my big cousin~then we had to rush to hougang hubby uncle hse~tot we takin cab but lucky my 5th uncle drive us there~

by e time we reach everyone is eaten n we dun reali wana eat oso so went see my mil they play mahjong~seem she love it so ok la~then my hubby cousins wana blackjack so we play but we nv bring enough to do banker so in e end hubby cousin mr ah bert banker~haha we played for almost 3hr b4 we call it a day to go hm~so tired but my son totally dun wana slp sia~faint ~

today is e day all Chinese will celebrate n gather together~hubby workin til 5+pm~
Lecarde & i eat at home with my parent first,tis yr daddy eye jus finish op so he cant go too far so in e end we just cook at home~

We went to meet hubby at eunos mrt~went off to mil hse to eat dinner~as usual she will cook wu xiang,steamboat,and dessert~i love her specially made chilli by her alittle sour but veri hot~then was about to leave when my hubby's uncle n aunty on their way so we waited for them~

just nice all came liao then we chit chat awhile then left for my granny hse~granny is complainin tat no one acc her eat reunion dinner as my dad cant make it~reach there sit awhile chit chat wif granny n my cousins~hubby wana watch Kungfu so watch finish then we went home~

reached hm put lecarde to slp liao then we went to chinatown see can get anythin last min~e crowd was stil crowded but not as crowded as last yr somemore drizzling~but in e end we went there for food like takoyaki,waffle hotdog and some drinks~actually wana eat e hotdog e angmo sell one but sold out liao~then we went hm~

We goin to choose Henderson Road's hse~

reason: the blk is goin to b en block so high chance of getting a place near my mummy's hse~
there got 2 markets,near alot shops,especially near our YTF oh haha...
best of all is near to alot places like orchard,bugis and alot more~

but overall hope we can get e place cos we r in Q no 008 so hope e first 7 ppls wont take away all~alot of tings is to be done b4 we can move in~

on 12 oct,Lecarde was having fever so we bring him to a GP which advise us to go KK a&e asap cos lecarde have breathing problem and oso charged us $43 for e med but after i tink thru in hospital wondering y we nid e med anyway we goin straight to a&e...

then went to a&e directly was sent to Red door which mean needed attention fast,waited for awhile n see so many fever n breathles case so many crying n whining n struggling then reached our turn,lecarde was cryin when doc tryin to listen his lungs.then doc say go use a med to open his airway first then see...went to place to put his med thru a mask but Lecarde hate it had to force him to smell it...for tat 5min or so was cryin non stop...

after tat they ask us go walk awhile then go back see doc...went to grab a sandwich as both of us eaten nthin e whole day while doin it lecarde puke then bring him go clean up then gobble down our food then go back...tot got gd new like we can go hm le but he cant he had to stay in hospital as he still cant breath well n his lung got wheezing sound..doc say is Bronchitis..

went in ward still muz use oxygen as worry may harm his brain due to not enough oxygen..then waited awhile then lecarde fall aslp then he was ask to breath in e med again but tis time round is putting his head in a box then put e med in mist form into e box.muz put tis med every 4 hrs..so heartbroken to see him in e box wif e mist like a freezer boy...then he totally nv drink any milk at all onli drink some water then doc say if e next day he still dun drink then he had to b on drip...lucky e next mornin he finish 210ml of milk i was tinkin is it bcos he hear us sayin muz put drip so he drink haha...

then tot can go hm as he less breathing so difficult liao but stil had to stay another day as stil got wheezing sound n worry he not goin to b well at hm..Lecarde at least was more active n eating more ...i cant fall aslp on e first nite...

the next day doc change his med to those like asthma one wif a tube to cover lecarde face to let him breath thru...but another round of strugglin n screamin everytime reach e time for him to use e med..

then finally on 14 oct 6pm Lecarde was discharged frm KK...pics will b up soon
